What is print-on-demand and how does it work?

We can offer a print-on-demand option in lieu of a standard screen printing drop ship. 

Print-on-demand uses a process called DTG (Direct to Garment) where the shirts are printed individually using a special printer that sprays the ink onto the garment. This usually leaves a thicker feel to the print and (in our opinion) is not quite as high quality as what we can offer you with screen printing. However, we can offer this option to those who request it. 

The process is similar to our Drop Ship service, although instead of collecting preorders for a bulk print run, the products will be printed and shipped as they are ordered using DTG printing. 

How long is the turnaround time after someone places an order?

Typical turnaround time is 5-7 business days after the order is placed, plus transit time.

Do I have to host my design on your site?

If you already have an online store hosted by Shopify, you can implement this print-on-demand option on your own store, via a third party app. Please reach out to us through the contact link below and we can get you more info!
