Refund policy
We have a 30 day return and exchange policy.
All returns/exchanges should be shipped to the below address with your order number, copy of receipt (if available) and a brief explanation for the return. If the items are coming from a pet friendly household, please make sure all hair and fuzzies are removed.

CLOTHING ITEMS
We will accept returns on goods that have not been worn or washed. If the size ordered doesn’t fit, or you are not happy with your order, you are welcome to exchange it for a different size or another item. For all returns, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. If we need to refund an item, the item cost will be refunded, but not the shipping cost.
NOTE: All returned orders should be sent with a tracking number and delivery confirmation service. Night Owls/Felt Good Co can not be responsible for any returns/exchanges unless the customer provides tracking information. Night Owls/Felt Good Co. is only responsible for items received and can not maintain responsibility for returns/exchanges lost in the shipping process.
If you received the wrong item, please contact Night Owls/Felt Good Co using the store contact form. We will make sure that you receive the correct item(s) at no additional cost to you.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If ordering internationally, USPS tracking usually stops once your order leaves the U.S. and we are unable to track it further. If there is an issue, we suggest you contact your local post office and place an inquiry with them. We do NOT offer refunds or returns on international orders.
